Using photography to rediscover calm, clarity and connection as an alternative to stress and burnout.
My aim is to help mid-life professional men to rediscover clarity, calm, and connection through mindful photography — a discreet, creative outlet to encourages self-reflection without stigma. The mission is to provide an accessible, judgment-free space where stress and burnout can be acknowledged, explored, and transformed into personal insight; one photo at a time. Normalising the conversation around mental well-being through art and presence, to shift the narrative: strength includes self-awareness.”
